Return & Exchange Policy:
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Yes, when you place your order before an hour has passed, you can cancel your order.
In order for your order to be eligible for a return & refund, it has to meet the following criteria:
1. For Cases:
- Cases must be in brand new, unused condition.
- For Bare Naked cases, the case has to be in its original plastic outer packaging, and unopened.
- Any marks/blemishes/etc. from trying the cases would be considered user wear & tear, and will not be eligible for a return.
2. For Screen Protectors:
- Screen protectors must be unused, and in brand new condition.
- Once the protective backing is peeled off, the screen protector will be considered as used, and no longer eligible for returns/refunds.
How do I return an item for a refund?
All returns need to be initiated within 30 days of the date of delivery. All shipping fees are excluded from refunds.
All items must be unused and in their original packaging with the relevant plastic protection. If the plastic protection piece has been removed from the case and stuck back on, we will not be able to honour the refund.
We do not provide free return shipping labels. Customers are liable for return shipping back to us. To initiate a return, drop an email to us at

Can I exchange an item that I've ordered wrongly?
A: Yes! We'll be happy to help you change your order to something you'd prefer.
- All exchanges need to be initiated within 30 days of the ship date.
- We kindly request that your original order be returned to us. We do not provide return labels.
- Once we have verified your exchange, your replacement order will be processed for you.

How long do returns/exchanges take to process?
For returns to our China warehouse:
Once your return parcel is received and inspected by our team, your order will be refunded to the card you purchased with.
European Union 14 day cooling off period:
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Q: I lost my return slip, what should I do?
A: No problem, our SKY-CASE packages don't come with return slips. Simply email us at contact@sky-case.com and we'll guide you through the return or exchange process.
Q: How long does it take for a return to be processed?
A: Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to reflect on your statement.
Q: I received the wrong product, what should I do?
A: We apologize for the mistake. Please send an email to contact@sky-case.com and we'll get the correct SKY-CASE to you as soon as possible.
Q: I'm not happy with my product, what's the return process?
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may request a return under the conditions outlined below.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return within **30 days from the date of delivery**. To be eligible for a return:
* The item must be **unused**, **unworn**, and in the **same condition** as received
* The item must be returned in its **original packaging**, where applicable
* Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
To initiate a return, you **must contact us first** at contact@sky-cover.com. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return Process
Once your return request is approved, you will receive the return address and instructions. Please:
* Securely pack the item to prevent damage during transit
* Use a **trackable shipping service** or reputable courier of your choice
* Ensure sufficient postage and proper labeling
We are not responsible for items lost, delayed, or damaged during return shipping.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are **not covered by us** and remain the **sole responsibility of the customer**, except where mandatory local consumer protection laws require otherwise.
Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred during the return are also the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
* Refunds will be processed to the **original payment method** used at checkout
* Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider (Shopify Payments, PayPal, or card issuer)
* Original shipping fees are **non-refundable**, unless required by law
PayPal & Chargeback Compliance
By completing a purchase, you agree to follow this return procedure before opening any chargeback or PayPal dispute. Failure to follow the return process may affect eligibility for a refund. This policy is designed to comply with **PayPal Buyer Protection** and **Shopify Payments dispute requirements**.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may be exempt from return, including but not limited to:
* Customized or personalized products
* Clearance or final-sale items
* Products damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear
